• Powerful Electric Backup: A strong electric booster via the 230V AC mains ensures sufficient hot water even on the darkest days. After the tank has completely cooled or been emptied, water can be reheated to a high temperature in a short time.
• Easy Solar Connection: Photovoltaic modules can be easily connected using MC4 plug connections. Since the entire system operates at safe extra-low voltage, no electrician is needed for installation or commissioning.
• Direct DC Heating: The direct current from photovoltaic modules is used to heat the water. No inverter or battery is required, making the system easy to deploy while reducing cost and complexity.
• Efficient Solar Heating: With up to 1,200 W DC, the photovoltaic hybrid thermosiphon heats water directly using solar energy. For cloudy days, sufficient hot water can be ensured by connecting up to 4,000 Wp of photovoltaic panels and/or activating the intelligent 230V AC auxiliary heating system.

SunBoil is installed quickly and safely by professional teams. Here’s a step-by-step detailed explanation of the installation process:
Solar Panel Installation:
The solar panels are mounted on the roof or in an area that receives maximum sunlight. Panels are secured using durable brackets.
Wiring and MC4 Connection:
Cables from the solar panels are carefully connected to the MC4 connectors.
These connectors provide a safe and waterproof connection.
Cables are routed to reach the MPPT board.
MPPT Board Connection:
Energy from the MC4 connectors enters the MPPT board.
The board regulates this energy and transfers it to the 1200W water heating element.
Placement of Heating Elements:
The heating elements are positioned inside the water tank and heat the water using energy supplied from the MPPT board.
On/Off Switch:
The system is controlled via an On/Off switch.
When the switch is turned On, the system automatically starts if sunlight is available and begins heating water if the temperature is below 65°C.
Safety Checks:
A safety thermostat is installed in the tank to prevent water from exceeding 90°C.
The NTC sensor continuously monitors water temperature and ensures the system stops heating at 65°C.

SunBoil heats water using solar energy. Here’s the simple and effective working process of the system:
Solar Panels: Two solar panels convert sunlight into electricity.
MC4 Connectors: Cables from the solar panels are connected to the MPPT board via MC4 connectors.
MPPT Board: This board manages the energy from the solar panels and transfers it to the 1200W water heating element.
Heating: Water is heated through specially designed copper heating elements.
Automatic Control: The system automatically stops heating when the water reaches 65°C. If the water temperature drops below 65°C and sunlight is available, the system restarts.
Extra Safety: If the water temperature reaches 90°C, the safety thermostat activates and shuts down the entire system.

The SunBoil water heating device has a dedicated mounting space for an AC heating element powered by the mains.
If sunlight cannot provide sufficient energy to heat the water for an extended period, the SunBoil can automatically reheat the water using the 230V AC backup heating system.
Note: During summer, when sunlight is strongest and heating is primarily powered by PV energy, it is recommended to set the adjustable thermostat to the lowest temperature.
When sunlight is insufficient, the adjustable thermostat can be set to the desired temperature (recommended range: 35°C – 45°C). The factory default setting is 40°C.
